📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to the menu and recipes.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized, and all equipment is in good working condition.,Prepare and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Work efficiently and accurately to meet production targets.,Assist in training and mentoring new employees.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine is a plus.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects with ease.,High school diploma or equivalent.
