📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle client inquiries and provide information about our services and treatments.
• Book appointments and manage client schedules using our in-house booking system.
• Process payments and handle financial transactions securely.
• Address client concerns and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide post-treatment care and follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the clinic.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a beauty or wellness clinic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.
