📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to improve business performance.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Lead and mentor a team of operations staff to ensure high standards of service and quality.,Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Identify and mitigate operational risks to protect the company's assets and reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
