Urban Bay Pratama is seeking a dedicated Medical Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in the Lebak, Banten region. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.,Promote and sell pharmaceutical products effectively through various channels, such as face-to-face meetings, presentations, and sample distributions.,Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the pharmaceutical industry.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.,Provide medical education and training to healthcare professionals to enhance their knowledge and understanding of our products.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.,Attend and participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a sales or medical representative role.,Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulations, trends, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.,Proactive and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.,Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel extensively.,Willingness to work long hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
