As an Operator DCS at Suparma in Surabaya, you will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of our Distributed Control Systems. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and control industrial processes using advanced Distributed Control Systems (DCS) such as Honeywell Experion PKS or Siemens Simatic PCS 7.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of DCS systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements and optimizations.
• Conduct regular system checks and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Document all activities and maintain detailed records of system performance and maintenance.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.
• Participate in shift work as required, including weekends and holidays.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in DCS technology and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operating and maintaining Distributed Control Systems.
• Certification in DCS systems such as Honeywell Experion PKS or Siemens Simatic PCS 7 is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation and control systems.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and process control software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
