📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the delivery fleet, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.,Monitor and optimize delivery routes to reduce travel time and fuel costs.,Maintain records of vehicle maintenance and fuel consumption.,Communicate with delivery drivers to ensure they have all necessary information for their routes.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with the delivery fleet.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and GPS tracking systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel occasionally for fleet inspections and meetings.
