📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify potential telecom sites through market research and data analysis.,Negotiate and secure site agreements with site owners and landlords.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure site readiness for infrastructure deployment.,Manage site leases, renewals, and terminations.,Conduct site visits and inspections to assess site suitability and conditions.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the telecom industry.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new acquisition opportunities.,Prepare and present reports on site acquisition activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in site acquisition or telecom infrastructure projects.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with telecom regulations and industry standards.,Excellent organizational and project management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
