📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and managing daily kitchen operations.,Oversee the preparation of food items, including cooking, baking, and grilling.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.,Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Monitor food quality and consistency.,Handle customer complaints and feedback.,Participate in kitchen staff meetings and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role.,Proven culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Education in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
