📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including coordinating interviews and maintaining applicant records.,Support the HR Manager in the administration of employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and updates.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information on company policies and benefits.,Support the HR Manager in the organization of HR-related events and activities.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Maintain a clean and organized office environment.,Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.,Attention to detail and organizational skills.
