📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product information and sales processes.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Stock and organize products on the sales counter.,Assist in training new employees on sales procedures.,Keep accurate records of sales and inventory.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including data entry and spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with sales and customer service software is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs.,Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
