📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Monitor and control inventory, ordering supplies as needed.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.,Participate in budgeting and financial planning for the restaurant.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
