Fiber Network Design Engineer (FTTx) - Telecom Infrastructure Specialist

SPD Jobs is seeking a talented Fiber Network Design Engineer (FTTx) to join our team in Badung, Bali. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the design, planning, and implementation of cutting-edge fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) and fiber-to-the-building (FTTB) networks. In this role, you will work closely with our team of engineers, architects, and stakeholders to design and optimize fiber networks, ensuring high-speed internet and advanced communication services reach every corner of Bali. You will use industry-leading tools like AutoCAD Civil 3D, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS to create detailed network designs, perform site surveys, and manage project timelines. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and optimize fiber network infrastructure for FTTH and FTTB projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Civil 3D.
• Conduct site surveys and analyze data using ArcGIS to identify optimal locations for fiber network nodes.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network schematics, design reports, and project plans.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in fiber network design and implementation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including those set by the Badan Pengatur Telekomunikasi dan Pos Indonesia (BPTPI).
• Participate in project meetings and workshops to discuss design challenges and solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fiber network design and implementation, with a focus on FTTx projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS.
• Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, including fiber optics, network design, and project management.
• Certification in Fiber Optic Technician or Fiber Optic Installation is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian telecom regulations and standards is a plus.
