📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of financial resources.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.,Manage relationships with external auditors, accountants, and other financial service providers.,Ensure the proper control and safeguarding of company assets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Proven track record of success in managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in the use of financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
