📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with drivers or other stakeholders.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and make recommendations for improvement.,Plan and organize vehicle maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and have valid licenses and permits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.,Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
