📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction.,Manage branch finances, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.,Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Ensure the branch meets all quality and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a hospital or medical center setting.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and healthcare management tools.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
