📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular stock checks and inventory management.,Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic sales and marketing principles.,Willingness to travel and work in different locations if required.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
