Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Handle cash and non-cash payments securely and accurately,Assist in inventory management and stock control,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner,Maintain a clean and organized work area,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Basic knowledge of cash handling and transaction processing,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.),Familiarity with retail or customer service industry is a plus,Ability to stand for long periods of time,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
