PT Mahkota Wisesa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Subang. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management and a strong leadership ability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a team of store assistants, providing training and guidance.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock control.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
