📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Document patient health information accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Perform routine nursing tasks such as changing dressings, administering injections, and assisting with mobility.,Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the patient care area.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Active registration as a Nurse with the relevant healthcare regulatory body.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
