Lingkungan Gita Dental Clinic is looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documents to support our dental clinic's operations. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical manuals, guides, and procedures for dental equipment and software.,Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of documentation.,Develop and update user manuals, training materials, and troubleshooting guides.,Ensure all documents comply with industry standards and regulations.,Provide support to customers and staff by answering technical questions and resolving issues.,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay updated with the latest developments in dental technology and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with dental equipment and software.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Basic knowledge of HTML or XML for formatting technical documents.,Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, Markdown, or similar.
