📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, providing excellent customer service.,Answer and direct inquiries, ensuring guests receive accurate information.,Handle front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Manage guest reservations and room assignments efficiently.,Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the front desk and lobby.,Assist in organizing and managing guest records and documents.,Provide support during events and special occasions, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk position.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with hotel or receptionist software and systems.,Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service environment is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
