🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural or interior design estimation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, cost analysis, and project management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
