📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement using tools like Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement, using software like SAP, Tableau, or similar.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement capacity planning solutions that meet production targets.
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose corrective actions to address production bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Provide training and mentorship to production staff on best practices and process improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in industrial engineering and manufacturing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on process optimization and capacity planning.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and capacity planning solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data.
• Proficiency in using industrial engineering software and tools, such as SAP, Tableau, or similar.
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other relevant industrial engineering certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
