As a Laboratory Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests, including but not limited to hematology, chemistry, immunology, and microbiology. You will use state-of-the-art equipment such as automated analyzers, microscopes, and spectrophotometers to ensure accurate and timely results. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of our laboratory.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform a wide range of laboratory tests including hematology, chemistry, immunology, and microbiology.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as automated analyzers, microscopes, and spectrophotometers.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results by following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare and maintain laboratory records and reports.
• Participate in quality control activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with laboratory equipment.
• Provide technical support to other laboratory staff as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in laboratory technology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Certification from a recognized laboratory certification board (e.g., ASCLS, AMT).
• Proficiency in using laboratory information management systems (LIMS) such as Epic, Cerner, or LabSoft.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
