As an Assistant Store Manager - Inventory, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, conducting regular stock counts, and ensuring accurate ordering and receiving processes. You will work closely with the Store Manager and other team members to maintain high standards of inventory accuracy and efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using POS systems like Lightspeed or Square.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Oversee the ordering and receiving process, including vendor communications and delivery coordination.
• Lead a team of inventory staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance.
• Implement and monitor inventory management policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory turnover rates and suggest improvements to inventory management practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Proven experience in retail inventory management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems, such as Lightspeed or Square.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, especially during graveyard shifts.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Certification in food safety and handling is a plus.
