📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control trolley operations in real-time using Smarte Carte's proprietary software and Airport Operations Control System (AOPS).
• Coordinate with airport staff to ensure timely trolley deliveries and maintenance.
• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational standards.
• Provide technical support to airport staff on trolley operations and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records of trolley movements and maintenance activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations control, logistics, or a similar role in the airport industry.
• Proven experience with Airport Operations Control System (AOPS) or similar software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Certification in Airport Operations or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
