This role is pivotal in supporting the efficient unloading of bulk materials, ensuring seamless operations for one of Indonesia's largest power plants. As a CSU Operator, you'll be at the heart of the action, working alongside a dynamic team to unload coal and other materials from ships to the power plant's storage facilities.

In this role, you'll operate and maintain the CSU system, which is critical for the smooth flow of materials. You'll work closely with the shipping department to coordinate unloading schedules, ensuring that materials arrive on time and in the right quantities. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain the Continuous Ship Unloader (CSU) system to ensure efficient unloading of bulk materials.
• Monitor and control the CSU system's performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate with the shipping department to schedule and manage unloading operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Perform regular maintenance and inspections on the CSU system to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity.
• Document all operations and maintenance activities for quality control and record-keeping purposes.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise with the CSU system.
• Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the unloading process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CSU Operator or similar role in the power or shipping industry.
• Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of CSU systems, particularly those used in the coal handling process.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to the handling of bulk materials.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license (preferred).
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
