📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to the developmental stages of young learners.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrative staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Utilize interactive teaching methods and educational tools to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends to continuously improve teaching practices.
• Participate in school events and activities to enrich the learning experience for students.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and overall performance.
• Promote a positive and safe learning environment that encourages students to reach their full potential.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to young learners.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and administrative staff.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with educational software and tools such as Google Classroom, Seesaw, or similar platforms.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
