In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic team working on various construction projects, from residential to commercial and infrastructure developments. You'll use industry-standard tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360 to design, review, and approve construction plans. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and safety of our projects, ensuring compliance with all regulations and best practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and approve construction plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with SNI and other relevant regulations.
• Conduct site inspections to verify that construction activities adhere to approved plans and specifications.
• Prepare and submit reports on inspections, including recommendations for corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns.
• Ensure that all construction activities are conducted safely and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in construction standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inspections and approvals.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in building control or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
• Familiarity with SNI and other relevant Indonesian construction standards and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid professional engineer license (if applicable).
